Swim 1 or 2 laps of a 0.75 km triangular course at the north end of West Lake. Course will be patrolled with kayaks. Athletes can expect calm water with the temperature between 17 - 20 degrees Celcius. Bike Undulating 20 or 40 km on an out-and-back course on Black Water Rd. Course will be patrolled by officials and support crew. All major intersections will be marshalled. Run 1 or 2 laps of a hilly 5 km out-and-back course along West Lake Rd.
